Woohoo! And really, there could have been no better way to start it off than by capturing people like Melissa and Roy. You may remember these two from the pub engagement session a few months ago… the fun just kept rolling with their big day, and you can totally see it in their photos. They are two wonderful, goofy, fabulous people that Joel and I are huge fans of. Such a great day!

Hurry UP already, I just want it to start! I love the new places we get to go to, the people we meet, and all the fun to be had. This Saturday is the official start to our 2013 season (woohoo!), but in the meantime, I wanted to share this post for all you dog-lovers out there. :)

Joel and I became dog parents to a 2ish-year-old Boston Terrier in January and he is awesome. No, really, look at that face! He already had the name Doc when we adopted him, apparently named after an NBA coach, but in our hearts, we see him as Doc Brown, a la Back to the Future (right? You see it? It’s totally in the eyes). He’s become our partner in crime and the greatest little dog. While we can’t bring him on shoots with us (can you imagine, though? We could give him a tiny dog-sized camera to wear around his neck!), here’s a few photos of our main man!
