The year is basically over. OVER! 2011 gone!! This is the last wedding & post of 2011, and our 2012 season is just around the corner. Over the winter, I’ll get to take a little break, revamp a few things, make KMP more awesome for next year, post a few winter sessions, and who knows… maybe I’ll put in a few posts about the just-for-fun things we’ve been photographing. I really love what’s around the corner soon!

So this wedding…. so many things I could say, it was just THAT fantastic. Archie and Liz are completely made for each other, their families love them 100%, and this day completely showed those two things off. I was so touched by their kindness and love for those around them… ahhh I could just go on and on! And just wait until the end of this post: KILLER moves on the dance floor (I mean, the groom did a bit of breakdancing… c’mon now). This was the absolute best way to end my 2011 season, Archie & Liz: you guys are amazing! Congratulations!

So when I showed up to Cantigny for an early morning shoot, I was so happy to find this friendly, excited, beautiful couple! What a great start to the day. Congratulations!

I’d never been there, but when we decided on an area park with a farm, we quickly realized how lovely a spot it was! These two are both med students and busy as ever, so it was awesome to get the chance to spend some time with them in the town where they’re getting married. I love the shots of them in front of the red barn – they absolutely pop! They look fantastic together – congrats you two. :)
